Traditionally, large commercial brokerages placed a lower priority on the marketing of local commercial space. Those efforts typically involve a checklist including a property flyer, for-lease signs and online listings - an exercise frequently outsourced or performed out of state by many firms. Very little has changed over the years when it comes to marketing a property but with changes in competition and demand it has become vital to differentiate.

FUTR flips this trend by focusing first on the branding and marketing of its client’s properties. FUTR then works quickly to create attractive places, an online presence with a digital marketing strategy, which in turn helps draw companies into these vacant spaces.
