Natalie Jonsson, a dynamic and accomplished professional, is poised to make a significant impact in the world of commercial real estate. Combining her professional experience, serving in the roles of Vice President, Director of Operations, and Managing Director, Natalie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Commercial Real Estate game.

Having earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Natalie developed a deep understanding of human behavior, society, and the art of communication. Building on this foundation, she completed an MBA in Technology Management, gaining valuable insights into the intersection of business and technology.

Throughout Natalie's career, problem-solving has been at the core of her success. As a project manager, Natalie has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to tackle complex challenges head on, turning obstacles into opportunities. Her natural inclination for executive leadership has inspired teams to reach new heights, fostering a collaborative spirit that promotes innovation and creativity.

Shandie brings a unique and diversified skill set to FUTR Commercial Advisors. Her extensive background in real estate, lease management, lease admin, and customer service provides a fresh perspective to her clients and their needs. With almost a decade of experience in residential and commercial real estate, coupled with a best-in-class support team at FUTR, Shandie makes a dedicated and resourceful advocate for her clients. Her positive attitude, client-first mentality, and work-till-the-job-is-done approach make her a key asset to the FUTR Team. When Shandie isn’t working, you can find her rock climbing and adventuring with her family in the mountains of Utah.


ANDY GUNTHER

PRINCIPAL BROKER

Andy brings a vast network and impressive expertise in the real estate industry, specializing in single family, multifamily, land, commercial, and industrial/flex space. For over 20 years, Andy has been a highly successful real estate professional with gross sales ranging from $18-$20 million annually. Andy is renowned in the industry for his exceptional communication and follow-up. He places a high value on relationships and brings a wealth of knowledge of the ins and outs of the real estate industry. In addition to a thriving real estate career, Andy and his wife of 28 years have raised two fabulous kids together and owned and ran a gym for 12 years before selling it. Andy enjoys spending time at his cabin, hunting, and spending time in the outdoors.

Grey has worked in land development for over 7 years, including projects involving entitling and designing 2,500+ homes. His impressive sales volume has exceeded $30 million over the past 5 years. Grey prides himself in thinking outside the box; he treats every dollar his clients spend as if it came directly from his pocket. Grey has a long track record of successful development projects throughout the state of Utah. When he’s not working, Grey enjoys spending time at home with his wife and children.
